Welcome to RemixAI.io, a platform offering AI-powered image transformation and enhancement tools. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") outline the rules for using our services and define your legal relationship with RemixAI. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
"Service": Refers to the AI-driven image processing tools and features provided by RemixAI.io.
"User" / "You": Any person or entity accessing or using RemixAI.io.
"RemixAI.io" / "We" / "Us": The team operating the RemixAI.io platform.
"Third-Party AI Providers": External services or technologies integrated into our platform.
"AI Outputs": Final results produced by our AI from your uploaded content.
"Sensitive Content": Any personal, private, confidential, or inappropriate content, including government ID photos, financial info, or explicit material.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use RemixAI.io for personal or commercial purposes, as long as you comply with these Terms.
Our service uses constantly evolving AI, which may produce varied results. We do not guarantee perfect or consistent output. It's your responsibility to review results before use, especially in critical applications.
All services are provided "as-is." Due to the nature of AI-generated content, we do not offer refunds if results don't meet expectations—unless legally required.
EU Residents: If a technical failure prevents usage as described, you may request a refund within 14 days under applicable EU laws. Requests will be reviewed according to our refund policy.
We do not provide guarantees beyond those explicitly mentioned here. We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.
You must be 18 years or older—or of legal age in your jurisdiction—to use our service.
Our processing infrastructure is located in India. All uploaded images are processed exclusively on servers based in India.
Images you upload are automatically deleted from our servers within 90 days, though they may be deleted sooner.
Non-EU Users: By using our service, you agree that your images may be used (anonymously) to train and improve our AI. To opt out, email support@remixai.io.
EU Users: We'll ask for clear consent before using any image for training, in line with GDPR. You can withdraw this consent at any time.
Do not upload images that contain personal documents, private data, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to block such usage.
Only upload images you own or have rights to modify. Uploading copyrighted or unauthorized third-party content is not allowed.
Unless consented for AI training, all images are deleted within 90 days. If you consent, they may be stored for up to 12 months to improve our AI models.
EU users may contact us anytime to exercise their rights (data access, deletion, etc.) at support@remixai.io.
You may not use our services to create or distribute harmful, offensive, or discriminatory content—including hate speech or targeted abuse.
Accounts violating these Terms may be suspended or terminated without refund.
Payments are handled by our partner Tensortech LLC via secure third-party processors like Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
You must complete all payments promptly. Access may be restricted for late or incomplete payments.
If you break the rules and your account is suspended, no refunds will be issued (unless required by law).
All technology, software, and content related to RemixAI.io belong to us or our licensors.
You retain full ownership of your uploaded images. By using our service, you grant us permission to process your images to deliver results—and, if consented, to use them to train AI. You still own your content.
RemixAI.io is offered without warranties of any kind. Use it at your own discretion.
We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services.

Unresolved disputes will be handled by binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (AAA), held in Wilmington, Delaware, USA. Fees will be split unless otherwise decided by the arbitrator.
EU Residents: You may request arbitration under EU rules instead.
If arbitration doesn't resolve the issue, legal claims must be filed in Wilmington, Delaware.
EU Users: You may file in your local court under EU consumer laws. Notify us within 30 days of agreeing to these Terms if you wish to opt out of arbitration.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
We may update these Terms occasionally. If major updates occur, we'll give 30 days' notice.
Please check this page from time to time to stay informed of any changes.
If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable or invalid, the rest of the Terms will still apply. Invalid terms will be adjusted to the closest enforceable version.
