Cancellation Notice

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the start of the upcoming period.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued upon request only if your account credits have not been used. To request a refund, please reach out to us at contact@remixai.io.

Billing Cycle and Prorated Charges

We do not offer prorated refunds or partial charges for cancellations made during an active billing cycle. You will retain access to your subscription until the current cycle ends.

Auto-Renewal Policy

All subscriptions are set to renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can disable auto-renewal in your account settings or by contacting us before your renewal date.

Processing Cancellations

Cancellations are processed immediately upon request, but your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. If significant changes are made, we'll provide at least 7 days' notice before they take effect.
